New Faces at TIDASA

16 February 2009

TIDASA welcomes Professor Mark Oranje, Ludwig du Preez and Pierre Goetz of Employment Informed (Pty) Ltd on board as subject matter experts on various projects. Prof. Oranje is an expert in development and planning law and will be instrumental in our new Integrated Development Plan courses, which TIDASA will present to members of the ITMPOSA. Ludwig du Preez will assist in our Responsible Driving Course as an expert in fleet and transport management and transport-related legislation.

Pierre Goetz, of Employment Informed (Pty) Ltd, is a labour law and human resources management expert and will assist in various courses, including courses presented on the AARTO Act.

Think your doing FINE(d)?

Hold on to your driving licence!

The Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Act 46 of 1998 states that all traffic infringements will be dealt with through an administrative, not a judicial process. Offences will still be dealt with through the judicial process. Not sure of the difference? Come to one of our interactive workshops and find out!

Want to know more about AARTO and how it impacts you and your business?

If you’re an employer, act quickly before all your drivers and employees become pedestrians. Join TIDASA  in an interactive workshop on this legislation and learn how you, as a business or individual, can prevent the negative impact of AARTO.
