That's nothing. Imagine how much it would cost if your employees or drivers had their licences suspended or cancelled. Or if your transport company had its operator card suspended?

New legislation called the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Act can turn this nightmare into a reality.

This legislation states that traffic offences now carry demerit points. The allocation of these points can lead to the cancellation or suspension of driving licences, PrDPs and operator cards.

TIDASA is one of few institutions that can provide training on this legislation. TIDASA is also the Official Training Provider for the Institute of Licencing Officials and the Institute of Traffic and Municipal Police Officers of Southern Africa.
